Troy is a
former Ohio law enforcement officer and is now a full-time Captain out of
Lake Erie's Western and Central Basins. He is a member of
the Bass Pro Shop's Pro Staff and specializes in family outings
with a special emphasis on getting the young anglers out on the "big water".
